issue or any other publication that the conference organisers want to
pursue, you should deposit 3 copies of your paper on registration at
the conference desk. Please also bring 30 copies for distribution at your
presentation We cannot provide a photocopying service.
3. If you wish to have your paper put on the conference web-site after
the conference, you should send it electronically to devcon2005@open.ac.uk
by 12th September.
4. We aim to provide both PowerPoint and OHP in all presentation rooms.
We cannot provide networked services. Although technicians will be available
for emergencies at the conference, in the interests of smooth
running of the sessions, please come knowing how to install and work your
own PowerPoint presentation. The programme is tightly scheduled, meeting
rooms may need to be locked over lunch on security grounds, and there
may thus be limited time for set-up. Presenters may also wish to bring
a hard copy back up of their presentation slides.
We will repeat this mailing in the week before the conference. The programme
is shaping up very nicely and we have some exciting presenters.
We shall look forward to seeing you all.
