Current Business Plan Our current business plan relates to the financial year from 1 Feb 2007 to 31 Jan 2008 and can be downloaded here. Previous business plans for 2005/06, 2004/05 and 2003/04 are also available. A copy of the Constitution is available here. At its meeting on 12th June 2006 the Council of the Development Studies Association agreed to propose three amendments to the Constitution at the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 11th November in the University of Reading.
