Natural Resources Institute (NRI)

NRI supervises social-scientific and interdisciplinary research at PhD level on natural resource management and related topics in developing countries. Areas of particular interest include: conservation and livelihoods, environmental change and disaster vulnerability, land policy and planning, participatory agricultural research methods and their institutional context, agricultural marketing, and non-farm rural employment.
