Students on the MSc International Health study at various partner institutions across Europe. This provides an excellent opportunity for them to experience the diverse expertise and teaching and learning approaches to international health that each tropEd institution has to offer.
The degree begins with the student registering at a home institution which provides tutorship throughout the programme. This is where the student completes the core course from September to December. CIHD offers the tropEd course through our MSc in Global Health and Development (TropEd MIH).
Upon completion of the core course, the successful student must then take TropEd approved optional modules at various member institutions across Europe. CIHD also offers a variety of advanced optional modules taken between January and May. The student submits a thesis in the summer with supervision from their home institution.
