MA International Relations and Development Studies
University of East Anglia: School of International Development

Taught jointly with the School of Political, Social and International Studies, the MA International Relations and Development Studies (registered at the School of International Development) is designed to provide both for further study in international relations and development studies at graduate level, and as a conversion course for those who have not studied the subjects before. In addition to units covering international relations and development perspectives, the course addresses competing perspectives on contemporary world development, and on key issues such as globalisation, international debt, political transformation and the environment, security, governance, and international political economy. If you have a sound academic background preferably in a social science, politics or geography discipline, you are eligible to apply to this degree.

Entry requirements

Good first degree (preferably in a social science, politics or geography discipline). International applicants should have an English language score of at least 6.5 on the British Council IELTS test (6.0 minimum in all components).
