BA Hons International Development (with minor subject)

International Development studies is concerned with people and social change. It examines issues of poverty and inequality, investigating the current global disorder where deprivation exists alongside affluence. As an interdisciplinary subject, International Development studies is offered at Leeds on a major-minor basis. This offers core modules in International Development issues as well as the opportunity to specialise in a particular discipline. Minor subjects include Geography, Politics, International Relations, Sociology, Economics, Theology and Religious Studies, East Asian Studies, Middle East Studies, Spanish, French and English.

Entry requirements

Applications are considered on merit. Normally BBC at ‘A’-level or equivalent is required. Mature applicants and international students are welcome to apply.
