The elections will be held under the terms of the DSA Constitution as amended at the 2006 AGM.

1)  Attached to this AGM Agenda are three nomination papers - for the Treasurer, for the Honorary Secretary, and for Council Members.  The deadline for the receipt of nomination papers in advance of the Conference by the Executive Director, Frances Hill, by post, by email or by hand will be 4.00 pm on Tuesday 2^nd November 2010.  Subject to the agreement of the DSA Council, and of the AGM, nominations may be accepted up to the time of the start of the AGM.  All candidates in the elections, and all those nominating candidates for the elections, must be current members of the DSA.

2)  The results of the election will be available shortly after the end of the AGM.
