Get the rooms closest to the action!

The University has extended a few accommodation rooms for delegates on the main campus. The accommodation is located only a few minutes’ walk from the conference location.

A special rate for the DSA2026 Conference of €120.00 has been agreed for on-campus accommodation with UCD.

The agreed rate for the DSA Conference is €120.00 room only per single en-suite bedroom per night and is applicable for reservations between 6th to 11th July 2026, with a minimum of 3 nights required and is available to be booked up until 5 weeks prior.

To make your reservation, please visit the booking page, select your arrival and departure date, select the number of rooms you wish to book and add the promo code DSA4417 for the single occupancy.

Accommodation on offer is Single En-suite Bedrooms, all furnished with a study area with ample storage. Bedrooms are located in shared apartments, with each bedroom having its own private bedroom and bathroom, with access to a shared common area within the apartment. Each apartment is shared between 4-14 residents.

Linen and towels are provided with basic toiletries. Please note that the accommodation does not offer daily housekeeping services but does offer a refresh service after 3 nights and a full service after 7 nights stay. Unfortunately the onsite accommodation is not suited to family stays and we would not be able to accept a family booking.

Social event

One of the highlights of the DSA conference is our Social Event. This year we have food trucks from UCD’s kitchen.  Enjoy street food from different countries in a relaxed informal setting where you can connect with old friends and make new ones. Details on how to get a ticket will be shared once registration opens.

Please note that while joining DSA is not compulsory we strongly encourage you to do so, and support the community! Signing up for membership and paying the membership fee is a separate process from registering for the conference and paying the registration fee but we can send you one invoice for both fees if you wish, just email us and request that.

Membership for students is only £11. All those from and residing in low and middle-income countries can become a DSA member for free. For further information about DSA membership and to join up, please visit the DSA membership page.

Funding

The call for is now OPEN and decisions will be sent out on 9 March.

Cancellation

Registrations cancelled (notifying us by email) more than three weeks (before 15 June) before the conference will be refunded, less a small amount to cover administrative and finance costs. Cancellations made within three weeks of the event will be ineligible for such a refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds at that point will be discretionary.
