João Costa, Programme and Partnerships Lead, Global Development Conference
João Costa brought the perspective of a funder and programme manager, drawing on his experience overseeing international funding competitions, including the Global Development Awards Competition. His session explored how proposals are evaluated, common reasons applications are unsuccessful, and strategies that can improve the likelihood of securing funding.
